Plymouth Housing Authority

Quit Qui Oc Manor Apartments:  The Plymouth Housing Authority runs a low-income housing complex, subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where residents live independently.  The facility is located at the eastern end of Reed St. and is within walking distance of banks, stores, restaurants, shopping, churches, drugstores, and other businesses.  A community center is available for activities such as bingo, cards, or dice games.

The complex consists of 14 buildings, with each subdivided into 2, 4, or 6 units.  Thirty-four units are considered single units (one bedroom), 14 are considered couple’s units (one bedroom), and two are couples units (two bedrooms).  The total of 50 units are all on one site.  All units are non-smoking.

The majority of tenants accepted by the Housing Authority are elderly (62 or older) although tenants with disabilities and general occupancy are accepted.
