New water rates on January billing
On November 20, 2013, the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW) approved Plymouth Utilities’ request to raise water rates, with new rates taking effect on the January 2014 billing. The average residential customer will see an increase of approximately $10.00 on their monthly bill. The last water rate increase was in 2006.
